[Machine Translation] Tokimeki Records, which started its activities in the summer of 2019 as a project to cover famous Japanese and Western music from the 80s and 90s with the concept of creating nostalgic music in the city at night, is releasing its long-awaited first album with all original songs! The album features Hikari, singer of the neo-soul band Mime, on vocals throughout the tracks, which have a mellow and danceable 80's synth-boogie sound reminiscent of the city pop of yesteryear, such as Aran Kazuko's "Floating Space". The track has a sort of nostalgic/vapourwave feel to it, and the powerful essence of current soul is fused with it to create a nostalgic yet new sound.
