[Machine Translation] The Moonriders, celebrating their 45th anniversary, have released their first original album in 10 years, much anticipated by music fans! In November 2011, the 35th anniversary of their debut, Moonriders announced an indefinite hiatus. In 2013, on the first anniversary of their member Tetsuro Kashibuchi's death, the group returned for one night only. In 2016, their 40th anniversary, they announced a limited time "hiatus" and went on a "hiatus" again after performing at summer festivals and going on a live house tour. Four years later, in August 2020, they surprised their fans by holding a no-show live concert to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the release of their album "Camera = Fountain Pen. In October 2020, they held their first audience-attended live concert in four years at Nakano Sun-plaza, effectively "resuming activities" after a hiatus. デビュー45周年を迎えたムーンライダーズ、音楽ファン待望の10年ぶりのオリジナル・アルバム!! ムーンライダーズはデビュー35周年にあたる2011年11月、無期限の活動休止を発表。その後、メンバーのかしぶち哲郎の1周忌にあたる2013年に一夜限りの復活。さらに40周年の2016年、期間限定で"活動休止の休止"を宣言し夏フェス出演とライブハウス・ツアーを経て再び"活動休止"。それから4年。2020年8月にアルバム『カメラ=万年筆』リリース40周年を記念し突如、無観客ライブを開催しファンを驚かせた。続く2020年10月には、4年ぶりの有観客ライブを中野サンプラザにて開催、"活動休止の休止"つまり事実上の"活動再開"となった。本格的に活動を活発化するムーンライダーズは、今年のクリスマス、12月25日(土)&26日(日)に東京恵比寿ガーデンホールにて「moonriders live THE COLD MOON」の開催が決定するなど精力的に活動を続けている。そして2022年には音楽ファン待望の10年ぶりのアルバムのリリースが決定!!
