This is an encore live performance of the 1982 album "Mania Maniera," which was performed at Billboard Live Tokyo on July 16, 2022 (Saturday). moonriders (ムーンライダーズ)、1982年発表の名盤2枚を再現するライブ作品! ＜第1部 / 『マニア・マニエラ』編＞＜第2部 /『青空百景』編＞ 2022年12月25日 (日)に東京・恵比寿ガーデンホールで行われた「アンコールLIVE マニア・マニエラ+青空百景」を完全収録。このライブは、2022年7月16日 (土)にビルボードライブ東京で行われた、1982年のアルバム『マニア・マニエラ』を再現したライブのアンコール公演。今回は、やはり同年に発表されたアルバム『青空百景』の再現も加えた、二本立てでの公演となった。「マニア・マニエラ」は1982年12月15日にLPやカセットではなく、当時まだ珍しい存在であったCDで発売された。これは当時のレコード会社が作品を"難解!"と断じ発売中止を求めたのに対し、一般的ではなかったCDという形で発売に踏み切った。とはいえ殆ど流通されることなく、後にカセットブック (1984年)やCDが再発 (1986年)される事で一般に知られるようになった作品。もう1枚は同年9月25日に発表された「青空百景」。発売日は「マニア・マニエラ」より先になるが、制作されたのは「青空百景」より先。発表から40年を経た現在のムーンライダーズからの解釈にリスナーも興奮を隠し得ない。
