Following the previous album "STARDUST CRUISIN'", which was produced under the grand theme of "Space", GIORGIO13, who is half Italian and half Japanese, has created a new world with an Italian flavor, a fusion of HIP HOP and opera, which has never before been expressed. 約2年ぶりとなる、オリジナル2ndフル・アルバム! " 宇宙"という壮大なテーマのもと制作された前作アルバム『STARDUST CRUISIN' 』に続く今作は、イタリア人と日本人のハーフでもあるGIORGIO13が、HIP HOPとオペラの融合というイタリアン・テイストを取り入れた、今までにない新しい世界を表現したものに仕上がった。アルバム全体のストーリーは、前作アルバム同様、ルパン三世の声でおなじみの栗田寛一、峰不二子やバカボンのママなどを担当する声優界の大御所・増山江威子がインタールードのナレーションで参加。アルバムの進行をエンターテイメントで表現。陽気なラテン楽曲「D.U.M.M.E.E.Z 」では、YUKI・ゆずなどのプロデュース活動で注目を集め、GIORGIO13 と「DUMMEEZ」名義でユニットを組んでいる蔦谷好位置が初ラップを披露。そして、今までに発表した2枚のミニ・アルバムの中から、「One more time 」(2007.2月度TBS 系ランク王国ED テーマ)、「星に唄えば」(2007.1月度TV 東京スキバラED テーマ)、そして、配信限定シングル「ROCKSTAR 」(2008.5月度TV 東京スキバラEDテーマ)を収録!
