9年振りの『ガリレオ』シリーズの再始動とともに、福山雅治が作詞・作曲・プロデュースを手がけ、柴咲コウがボーカルを担当するユニット、"KOH+"の最新EP (ミニアルバム)『ヒトツボシ 〜ガリレオ Collection 2007-2022〜』のリリースが決定!! 2022年9月16日公開の映画『沈黙のパレード』主題歌である新曲「ヒトツボシ」をリード曲に、これまで15年に亘り発表してきたガリレオ楽曲の数々を、最新のマスタリングで仕上げた「KISSして」 (フジテレビ系連続ドラマ 第1シーズン『ガリレオ』主題歌)、「最愛」 (映画『容疑者Xの献身』主題歌)、「恋の魔力」 (フジテレビ系連続ドラマ 第2シーズン『ガリレオ』主題歌)を収録。さらに、柴咲のコーラスパートを追加、福山の声も楽器として新たにレコーディングし、2022年の最新型のサウンドにリミックスされた「99 Remix」 (『ガリレオ』シリーズ劇中曲)。作品のエンディングには、柴咲の歌声、井上鑑のピアノと福山雅治のアコースティックギター伴奏、そこに新たにレコーディングされた福山のガットギターフレーズが郷愁を誘う「ヒトツボシ (Acoustic ver.)」の全6曲を収録。
