2024年の山内惠介の勝負シングル「紅の蝶」の新装盤! ジャケット、カップリング曲の異なる通常盤2形態発売。海盤のカップリング曲「海、光る」は、山内惠介作品初参加となる、いしわたり淳治作詩によるもので、壮大なオーケストラと和楽器をバックに人生の機微を「航海」というテーマを通して描き、荒波を超えて船を進めていく覚悟を凛とした歌声で表現した楽曲。「こころ万華鏡」「紅の蝶」同様に作曲・編曲は村松崇継。
