片山享、木嶋のりこ出演の"白黒サイレント映画"「DEVOTE」(監督: 田島基博)のサウンドトラック。オープニングからエンドロールまでスクリーンを鮮やかに彩る音楽は、本編上映時間と同じく述べ70分を超える。音楽は、2012年に発表・上映された田島基博監督の短編映画「糸-Strings-」(主演: 内田理央)でもタッグを組んだ田中マコトが担当。劇伴の作曲に加えて、劇中挿入曲「FAKE」(作曲: naji)の楽曲プロデュースも手掛けた。演奏には、田中マコトの前作「子宮に沈める - イメージサウンドトラック」でもフルートを担当した清水那弥を中心とした木管セクション、ギターに中山英司、E.ベースにAnnie(THE 四十八手's)、ピアノに飯島那咲、弦セクションに木村雄らが参加。
