2010年12月に発売されるPSP専用ソフト「The 3rd Birthday」のゲーム内BGMを収録したオリジナル・サウンドトラック。ゲームシナリオはパラサイト・イブシリーズの主人公が新生アヤ・ブレアとして登場するシネマティック・アクションRPGとして展開する。音楽はパラサイト・イブを担当したゲーム音楽作家下村陽子をはじめ、関戸剛・鈴木光人らが担当する。
