新潟発ラウドロックバンド"a crowd of rebellion"。2019年、ボーカル二人の喉の手術という困難から復活を遂げ、今年メジャーデビュー5周年を迎えた彼らが放つ、およそ2年ぶりの4thフルアルバムのテーマは「Zealot City」="狂信者の街"。ラウドロックジャンルにおいて、独自のスタイルを築き上げてきたリベリオンならではのスクリーモ/メタルコアを基調とした激しさの中に随所に盛り込まれるキャッチーなメロと歌詞世界、楽曲ごとに様々な音楽ジャンルがミックスされた全16曲。狂信者すなわち「"それ自体が狂信的"な人間という存在」を描き出す! リベリオン、ネクストディメンションへの覚醒を告げる快作が遂に完成! 昨年デジタル限定でリリースされたEP『:12_White』収録の「Alone//Dite」も収録。 初回限定盤はボーナストラック3曲(メジャーデビューシングル「The Crow」収録3曲のリアレンジ再レコーディングバージョン)を収録追加した19曲入り。DVDには、メジャーデビュー以降のMusic Video集 全17曲+New Music Video「無罪者」&「無罪者 - [9:From another point of view.]」収録。スリーブ仕様。
