PlayStation(R)5/PlayStation(R)4/Nintendo Switch(TM)/Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One/Steam用ソフト『ソニックフロンティア』のオリジナルサウンドトラック。シリーズ最大規模となるCD6枚組、全150曲収録の超大作サウンドトラック。 これまで『ソニック』シリーズの楽曲を数多く手掛けてきた大谷智哉がサウンドディレクター/リードコンポーザーを担当。オルタナティブ・メタル・バンド"To Octavia" (トゥ・オクタヴィア)のシンガー Merry Kirk-Holmes (メリー・カーク・ホームズ)を起用したメインテーマ「I'm Here」フロリダ産ポスト・ハードコア・アクト、Sleeping with Sirens (スリーピング・ウィズ・サイレンズ)のフロントマンのKellin Quinn (ケリン・クイン)を起用した「Undefeatable」「Break Through It All」「Find Your Flame」"Sonic 30th Anniversary Symphony"で共演を果たした Nathan Sharp (ネイサン・シャープ)を起用したエンディングテーマ「One Way Dream」作曲陣にはセガの床井健一、Hiroらに加え、相馬琳太郎、水野健治、小国奏音が参加。編曲に、MEG、渡辺剛。劇伴の作編曲を江口貴勅が担当。ポストクラシカルにも通じる、寂寥感溢れる島のBGM、広義のEDMをテーマに制作した電脳空間のBGM、ポスト・ハードコア、オルタナティブ・メタル的解釈の挿入歌、ナッシュビル Ocean Wayで収録された劇伴の数々など、第三世代の『ソニック』ゲームの幕開けとなる、エモーショナルで壮大なサウンドスケープ!
